How To Be A Good Leader

Entri kali ini, nak tau sejauh mana untuk mejadi seorang ketua yang baik. Baik bukanlah bererti seorang pegawai bawahan boleh bertindak sesuka hati. Setiap pekerja dan ketua atau bos ada batasan dalam tindakan. Hormat-menghormati paling utama. Bukanlah semestinya anda harus menjadi seorang yang tunduk dan terangguk-angguk mendengar saja.

Sebenarnya bukanlah tugas yang senang untuk menjadi ketua. Arahan yang diberi haruslah tepat dan mampu dilaksanakan oleh pekerja. Tetapi dalam banyak hal, kebanyakan pekerja tidak suka diarah. Tekanan kepada seorang macam aku ni, huhu..Berikut adalah ciri-ciri menjadi ketua yang baik. Lepas ni, jom sesama , Yes, Boss !!!!

    for instructions & procedures.
